（OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS）

一. 用途:

纸带过滤机是清除液体中固体粒子的理想设备,如用于磨床及其它机床冷却液(切削液或乳化液)的净化。

本装置主要应用于机械加工过程中冷却润滑液的净化，可配用于：普通精度磨床、精密磨床、组合机床、加工中心等，可有效清除冷却润滑液中的杂质颗粒等，可将磁性杂质连续不断的导入污物箱中，保证冷却液的清洁，防止其变质，全过程连续自动，是各种机床的理想配套附件。同时减轻了工人劳动强度,减少了废冷却液对环境污染。I. Purpose:

本排屑装置主要由箱体、减速电机、液位控制感应器、主轴、链网、污物车、机床供给泵等组成。工作原理：机床使用后的冷却液通过网口分配器(防止损坏滤纸)流入纸带过滤机，经无纺布过滤流入净水箱，脏颗粒在无纺布上不断积聚与无纺布形成高密度的过滤层同时提高了过滤精度。随着时间推移过滤效率下降，引起液位控制感应器浮球升高，当液位达到设置的感应位置时，液位浮动开关控制马达起动，并带动输送链转动，输送链托起过滤布一起转动，废弃过滤布被输送到污箱，干净的无纺布重新布置，一个工作周期行程，设备以此周而复始的工作。过滤后的冷却液被输送泵重新输送回机床循环用。该装置外形简洁，体积小，重量轻，安装使用方便。
